DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I know at least 4 people have been accused of random, weird and awful things, then managers have believed accusations without any evidence and they either sack the person unexpectedly or the person resaving as its relentless and they hate working there in the end. So many staff have been treated awfully by management and HR. It has left my partner and relative with struggling with their mental health. I have contacted anti corruption department and am waiting for a response. Go to glassdoor reviews about flex for further insight. AVOID flex Warrington

Despicable and disgusting behaviour from Lenovo. After months of asking them to fix a hardware issue which makes the laptop randomly reboot on both linux, windows and their own defunct windows 10 recovery os, I was not provided with a proper repair or collection service. How long must it take to fix one laptop?? Now I have to issue a chargeback to get my money back for the faulty device that was sold.

it is not a company more of the extortion thing. For a simple BIOS upgrade that is costing 50 GBP they demanded 516.65 GBP. That is more the the laptop is worth now. And the fault was of the Lenovo that delivered wrong BIOS during upgrade. ABSOLUTLY shocking. I will NEVER EVER use any of the FLEXTRONIC services nor I buy any of the LENOVO product. 2022-09-14 Update on the fix I managed to recover the laptop in Wrocaw, Poland for only 40 GBP and half an hour of waiting.

Laptop sent for repair via HP. They could not find fault so request steps to reproduce. Ignored my response with steps and a video, as well as ignoring following emails checking if the steps allowed them to reproduce and received no response. Instead, they decide to ship my laptop back with no repair made.

The quality of repair is just disgraceful. Have to send it for the 3rd time as each time they repair one thing and break another.
