        I really appreciate the help received from the sales department (Mark W.). While doing a DYI job I needed to buy an extra five soundproofing clips due to miscalculation on my part. I tried getting in touch with the retailer I dealt before, but I was advised that I'd have to pay a 70 shipping fee, even though the clips only cost 35. CMS Danskin offered to ship what I needed without the excessive fees and were really pleasant to deal with. Thanks!
