We used them for a taxi service from Gatwick airport. To pay I gave them our company card over the phone which he ensured would be destroyed after. We use the service and 3 weeks later we check account and 8 payments have been taken out our account under the company name! Tried to phone up but was completely ignored until I got someone else to get in contact with him to reach out to me. He ensured he wasnt aware of what had happened but said he had a rough idea who might have taken the money as it says the money was taken from his account under his name. We got it sorted with the bank and now 2 months later another 125 payment has been taken out and we cant get hold of him! To make matters worse when we did get picked up from the airport the driver didnt pick us up from the correct point and made us walk to him with our suitcases so he didnt have to pay the 5 charge to pick up at Gatwick even though we were charged the extra 5 for this! He was also leaning on the car smoking a cigarette when we got to him! Would not recommend to anyone and will certainly not be using again! 800 all in all was taken for one taxi service! Bandits!

Didn't turn up despite confirming they would collect us at half past midnight. Left us stranded.
