My son started in Infants and finished in the Juniors. He had a happy time. The teachers put a lot of effort into helping him with his literacy, math and social skills. They also put A LOT of effort into key stage 2 SATS. My son was predicted to pass English with a 5 and thanks to thier help got a 6.The school is clean, friendly and has a forward looking staff and headmaster. The teachers work very hard to help parents with their children and are approachable. He also benefited from many varied after school activities from art to film club. The school has links with the local pre-school Pippins and Harrow Way community school. My son benefited from both as he had friends from pre-school and a easy transition into high school. As a resident of Appleshaw our school continues to impress me.
