AJH Vehicle Repairs

Awful. Firstly last year I had to chase them for the invoice, but other than that they were ok. This year I contacted them 4 weeks before my MOT was due asking for a quote for work that I knew needed doing. I asked for the quote repeatedly a minimum of 4 times. Promised theyd get back to me and never did. They expected me to just drop my car in on they day it was booked and pay whatever they decided in the moment. Went somewhere else in the end that fully completed the mot and work in 24 hours from point of contact.Turns out AJH have done me a favour, I found a much better mechanic with a professional attitude much closer to home. Just to add, Im not the only family member to be ignored by AJH, my elderly grandmother was repeatedly ignored too.

Booked some months ago a full service. Not even changed oil and filter. I believe they only took the car somewhere for the MOT. Cherry on top around 10 quids in coins and my earphones magically disappeared from the car. If for some reason you book something in this garage, youll immediately find that there is something funny about the place and the people working there, trust your feeling and run away. Shame on you!

Very reliable service with AJ would highly recommend. Completed the job very quickly and reasonably priced compared to other garages.
