Scotland & Bates have always gone above & beyond to help me out, they are conscientious, efficient, professional & understanding. They are incredibly competitive price wise, & will not deliberately drag a job out for more labour costs - unlike some garages! All the team are friendly & always on hand to advise. I cannot express enough just how unique this garage is! Id highly recommend!

This is a well known long established garage in Appledore, they helped carryout repairs and and MOT at very short notice to vehicle that a main dealer would no longer support, the vehicle was taken to the garage, a quick survey of the work required and an estimate completed for the repairs was given, after 3 days the parts had been sourced and fitted and the car returned. very professional business and a pleasure to deal with Services: Brake service & repair, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

We called S&B with a late request for a full service to one of our vans. Knowing how important it is to have these vehicles out on the road, they managed to squeeze us in the very next day in order to reduce any inconvenience this may have on our business. Extremely professional, was kept in constant contact with how the service was progressing, and was informed of any additional items that would be needed to be changed/repaired in the near future, giving us the option to get these done at the same time.
