I rang the office for a quote which sounded reasonable, it was only after hiring they tell you they charge a delivery and a collection fee of 25 each way and no where on the website does it state these charges!! Im still waiting for the office staff to talk to a manager and still have not had a response.. hidden charges !!! Be very careful to read all terms and conditions because who knows what they will try

I rang twice before ordering a machine from them. The first call was to ask for a price which was fine. Second call was to confirm and book. Was told the price when ordered. Asked if I have to pay on delivery was told no and to expect a invoice via email after collection. When I received the invoice it was 75% higher than the price quoted. Delivery and collection charge which was never mentioned once on two phone calls I made to them. They never even the said if v.a.t was included in the price. Tried to call them to ask why the invoice was nearly double the quoted price they told me we thought you would know there was a delivery and collection charge. Doesn't state anywhere on the website about charges. Keep clear
