Paid for storage the first year and paid for refreshing the items , quite alot of money too! They came back not been touched ( I had photographs to prove.
Following this I stored the items myself the next year to even put them back up she wants 1.5k please be mindful of any unnecessary financial loss when dealing with this company in particular.

For the second year, I informed her that (as an agreed option) I would keep the tree etc. after installation rather than paying for storage. There were several issues:
- the tree decorations were different to those I had chosen and loved the previous year; Jilly did come by a few days later with other ornaments and some berry garlands, but they were still not the ones that we had originally agreed would be supplied.
- I noticed that the garlands had been restrung with lower quality lights; I raised this and she offered me only one set of string lights for 3 separate garlands. She said she would return with more, but never did.
- I had decided to put my tree in a corner of the room rather than the window, and it was only upon dismantling it in January that I noticed the back half of the tree had not been decorated at all. I sent pictures to Jilly, and she told me to contact her again later in the year to sort it out. I did not press the matter further, as I knew she had struggled with Covid and the after effects in the run-up to Christmas.
- When I did contact her a few weeks ago, she said she would send me a price list, which I found confusing, as I had paid the full amount for decorations that year. She has since ignored my messages trying to understand what has happened and why I didn't get the same number or type of decorations from one year to the next. It was very disappointing, as there were such lovely things that I was so excited to keep in the first year. My advice is to keep everything after the first install!
