        A Sunday afternoon out in Appleby. Staff very pleasant and chatty. Was driving, so no drinking. They did have, Strongbow, John Smiths and a larger on draught though. Was quite when there. Meals were well cooked and a full plate given. Worth a visit, recently taken over (2020) and being updated when possible.

        Just visited this pub for are Sunday roast Everything was frozen and cooked in the microwave what a waste of 37-85 absolutely disgusting Ate it as we were starving after camping all weekend Drinks were flat never again
