Awful company. Imagine leaving a bride and bridal party with no transport. Making a bride stress and drive herself! Shocking!!

Bizarrely I am unable to leave no stars for this company. You should be ashamed Wright Travel, (or is it Wrong Travel)? I was left at the altar waiting for my wife to be, my future mother and father-in-law and the bridesmaids, because you can't even pick up the phone and VERBALLY tell us you can't do what we paid you to do. Instead, you send a text. How pathetic. This company doesn't care about you. It's all about the money. And obviously the 60 quid we paid to drive 2 miles is loose change to you. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Exceptional service and very executive, luxury minibuses. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole experience went very smoothly

This company was meant to take me and my wedding party 2 miles down the road. I spoke to someone on Wednesday to check all was ok. I was told yes. The day before my wedding I received many texts and missed a TEXT off this company canceling me the day before my wedding. Yes a TEXT. Unfortunately for me I didnt see this until the bus was due to pick us up. I rang and rang the company, I texted them but to no avail. I was left with my whole wedding party unable to get to the wedding. I then learned we had to get there in the next 30 minutes otherwise we wouldnt be allowed to be legally wed! This resulted in me having to drive myself to my own wedding. Plus a guest leaving the venue to pick up the rest of my party to take them to the wedding. How unprofessional not to ring and ensure I has received the message. Thats all they had to do!! Ring me!!!! (Ideally the day before). I would not recommend. I would hate any other person to feel the stress me or my wedding party felt. (Including my poor husband to be who was waiting for me to arrive).
