Phoned up at 2pm and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who booked for my drain at home to be unblocked. She told me Charlie would be there between 5.30-6.30pm and that he would ring half hour before; as promised, he rang and arrived on time. I was very pleased with the service offered by this company from start to finish and Charlie was friendly and professional. I also felt the price was reasonable. Would not hesitate to use again, though I hope I won't need to!

Very professional service I was kept informed at all times by the engineer on his progress, he was friendly and gave good practical advice once he had dealt with my problem. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone.
