We made it very clear with A director of the company when we viewed the house, that we wanted the driveway repaired due to discolouration of where their wooden planters had been as this was there sales office and we were assured that this would be done as this was a condition of buying the house. We were told dont worry - we will resolve this for you
They have left this issue until now some 6 despite numerous chasers being sent - hoping the weather will remove the stain.
It has now been 6 months from moving in and we have been informed they will do nothing and consider the matter closed even though we addressed this some 8 to 9 months ago !
We received an unsigned letter from the owner of the Company, unprofessional to say the least and it also said they have mentioned before they feel it is acceptable ! Shocking !!!! They have never said this. If someone is going to refused to do something have the courtesy not to make up stories.
