Cannot get an appointment, no booking system, phone a lottery 9 times out of 10 no appointments on the day. Some receptionists fine others impatient and rude but of course you are not allowed to be. Dr Hughes has god complex.

Terrible surgery . Totally not fit for purpose . They do not deserve tax payers money !

Why don't you make it easier to book in advance and you wouldn't have so many people in the call queue every day? Another thing I don't get is why the surgery pretends they can't book my appointments concerning my fractured nose (because I want a referral to a hospital to get it fixed) but every time I hand them a letter asking for a blood test they just magically have one available soon? In the end I literally just bashed it myself with a hammer, a procedure that is not recommended... but hey, it's better than brain damage from low oxygen!

Attended with a family member today for a urgent appointment. Dr Gohil was extremely thorough, competent & very professional. Could not fault the service we had so keep up the good work.

I became unwell very suddenly a number off weeks ago with regards to mental health, I cannot emphasis enough how I have been taken care off by a number off the GPs and all the support staff on reception including the practice manager, this practice has got me through one off the worst episode every re my mental health, I cant thank them enough, I know its very distressing and frightening for everyone when you can get to see a/ your GP and I also initially felt this, however when I did eventually get an appointment things moved very quickly and 2 weeks on Im already starting to recover, so a million thanks to all off the Anstey practice GPs, and support staff, your doing a sterling job.
