        I paid 318 for a Lewis chess set and board with next day delivery. They took my money immediately but no goods were received. I telephoned and left multiple messages, none of which were returned. Multiple emails to them were ignored. In the end I had to contact PayPal and thankfully they refunded me. Clearly a scam site- BEWARE! If you do decide to order, use PayPal or some means of recovering your money when they take it from you and fail to deliver your order.

        Item ordered mid August with payment in full made. I am yet to receive any confirmation of a delivery date or the product. I have emailed twice and left a voicemail with no response.

        I received the chess set I ordered in good time. However I decided to return it, as in my opinion the board looks cheap and the pieces don't adequately resemble the website picture. I emailed them within days to ask for their RA number so I could return for a refund, but to date (after numerous emails and phone messages as there's never any answer) I have not received the RA number. Very disappointing. If I return the item without the RA number, their 'fine print' states they may return it back AND charge me for the return postage! If I don't receive RA number and resulting refund soon I intend to report to Trading Standards, and investigate my options to recover money paid. I'm unwilling to be lumped with a 99 chess set I wouldn't give to ANYONE. Shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. **UPDATE** After still receiving no response, I researched my rights under Government regulations for distance selling and returned the chess set with no 'required' RA number, making sure I was within the govt required time frames. I also emailed, quoting the government regulations and attaching a link to them. I then received an email, followed by my refund. I felt like I had to fight for what I was entitled to. BUYER BEWARE!!
