I walked in, and unlike any other barber shops i had been to, I felt very confident I was going to receive a really good haircut. I was greeted very well into the salon and offered a drink by Alfie. Also I would like to add, having a stutter, I felt respected whereas in other places, including barber shops, I would have been mocked.
When it was time for my appointment, I sat on the chair and Paulo listened to what I had to say in terms of what I wanted. He listened AND he delivered, and would like to add that this is the best haircut i have ever received. With amazing service given by Menspire Leicester and overall very happy with my visit.
