        The appointment system at this surgery is diabolical, you have to call at 8am in the morning to get an appointment and are already in a queue of 8-10 people at 8 on the dot. You do not get any Face to face appointment... No need to be a doctor it feels they follow a script of yes/no questions. If you are on a treatment like myself for the menopause and it's not working & you want to try another one already suggested by the doctor you have to make another appointment calling at 8am I guess to get revenue from the NHS, no help or support, not showing much care!
