    Outstanding!! Im not one for blowing peoples trumpets, but after my dealings with Sturgess Anstey over the last few days, they all deserve a pat on the back First Class service, nothing was too much trouble, everyone I came in contact with, so friendly and nice, they couldnt do enough for myself and my wife. Weve had our car serviced every time with Sturgess Anstey, after buying it from them, they work around you, that fits in with you every time, brilliant.They even send you video of the car explaining whats been checked and if anything may need looking at, what a service, fantastic. Will who looked after our car was fantastic throughout, he was so easy to talk too, great knowledge and passion to ensure we were happy, thanks Will. Liam, was great throughout, so friendly, attentive for all our questions, couldnt do enough for us, you could tell he was sincere, which goes a long way, a great advocate for Sturgess Anstey, cant thank Liam enough. I cant miss out Amrin, bless her, soon as you walk in the door, shes there to great you with a big smile, so nice and nothing is to much trouble, I took an interest in the new Santa Fe, I was amazed how she new so much detail of the car, got me the keys for me to have a look, anyone would think Amrin was sales But What a Car Beautiful and the car!! So a big thank you Sturgess Anstey and an even bigger Thank You goes out to Liam, Will and defo not forgetting Amrin Thank you all so much!!

    Put a deposit on a 2nd hand car over the phone that I had seen advertised on their web site on Wednesday asked for a overall price for my trade at 10am that day before I travelled to see the car. I gave full details about my car and even sent over pictures, the garage took over a day and a half (Thursday at 1pm) to get back to me with a estimate on what my part exchange was. Because of how long they were taking I decided while waiting to go look at another car at a different garage which I decided to buy because of waiting for sturgees to get back to me. I told them 11 days ago that I didn't want to come see the car and requested my 100 deposit back, the salesman on the day replied back to me asking for my bank details to refund the money back to me so he had my details before he went off on holiday. I am still waiting for my refund even after I have sent 2 emails and called them once asking why I haven't had my money back, when I spoke to the manager he was rude to me because I asked why the salesman hadn't actioned my refund and his reply was "well obviously he forgot" the manager clearly didn't care less that I hadn't had my refund. This is awful service from a garage of this type. I am fed up of having to chase them for my deposit back and am at the point of having to seek legal advice as clearly this place is trying to rob me of 100. Do not buy from this place as their service from start till now has been disgusting.
