Totally rude and unhelpful pharmacist, unwilling to even try to resolve my issue. In the end had to go to a different pharmacy who helped straight away.

I have used this chemist for 40 yrs but never again. My prescription was put in 6 days ago and when I went to collect today I was told to come back tomorrow.I explained I did not have some of my medication and I would wait for it. After 45mins I got my meds. I came home and my controlled drugs were missing. I dashed back as I didn't want to spend a night in agony and withdrawal from the controlled drugs. The staff were still in the back but the door was closed. I continued to knock on the window for 15 mins and was ringing their phone, they ignored me. They then closed the shutters from a remote control. I was waiting outside hoping one of them would come out but to no avail. I shall NEVER EVER use this chemist again. Since new management took over the service is terrible with many errors been made. The staffing level has been cut so the poor staff are run ragged. Yvonne Simpson

Shocking, worst pharmacy service I have ever known, they are clearly very busy but fail to acknowledge that and dont employ more staff to suit the demand, obviously thinking of profits over service. The lady behind the counter is great and does her very best but is left high and dry by the staff out the back giving her zero help. Would be zero stars if that was possible, real shame and these smaller chemists wonder why the big supermarket chains are stealing all of there business.
