Tried to make us exchange in July though we reserved in May 2022. Promised the house would be finished end of September! It wasnt even half built Then promised it would be ready by November then December which our mortgage would have to be extended In the end we pulled out and so did our adjoining Neigbour and guess what it still isnt finished and with no roof The worst company I have had to deal with Cheap houses with nothing given as an incentive You have to buy your fencing and turf Struggle to get a house finish to a decent standard Im glad we pulled out as we would have been stuck in a contract with a half built house Thinking of buying ? You better think again before parting with your hard earned cash.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, no response from the sales team after several emails and phone call, simple questions asked with absolutely no response. Ive left countless voicemails and never received a phone call back as the phone is never answered, drove 3 hours to view a show home only to be told when the site opened its a complete lottery draw as to whether or not you get the plot you want. Cant not even begin to explain the absolute horror show we have experienced with gleesons never mind what they would be like after taking your hard earned money and giving you the keys.
