Have been using Clayton Glass for probably close to 20 years now with Clayton supplying us hundreds of thousands of units over the years. The service has always been excellent and on the rare occasion there is an issue (which in inevitable) the feed back and speed of response if great. I have also found the technical support and knowledge from the guys very helpfully.

Using Clayton glass could not be easier, easy for tracking orders, Customer service is very responsive and delivery along with quality is first class. We had breakages recently (no fault of Clayton) whilst off-loading on site and it was turned around within 36hrs ... Thanks to everyone involved. A recent visit to two of their plants was worthwhile, you can see the continuous improvement approach throughout the group.

Weve been working with Clayton glass as a supplier for a number of years now, always found them to be extremely courteous and invoices paid on time, couldnt wish for a better customer.

Just called looking for a quote on a DGU, told they don't sell to public, explained I own and run a commercial door company to be told I don't have an account, asked if I could set and account up to be told they aren't looking for any new customers at the moment. Their prerogative I suppose, but absolute madness in my opinion.
