These were called out via Emergency Hero after a power outage in my home. Liam came out, took one look at my circuit board, told me it had failed, quoted nearly 3,000 for a new one and bonding and when I told him I didn't have that kind of money, he simply said he would put the board back together and charged me 150 leaving me with no electric. I asked if there was a temporary fix and he said no. Later the same day, another independent engineer came out and did what Liam should have done but didn't. I now have electric because the problem wasn't my circuit board but the kettle. I have complained and asked for my money back and was told tough luck! And take it further then pet. How dare they!! Only gave one star as couldnt give a zero and even a zero would have been generous!!, a lot like the other guy that gave one star I was charged over 500 for two hour work of removing a socket moving a socket and connecting up a fan that was already in place just needing connecting up, asked for detailed invoice and just got a receipt saying 99 an hour plus parts , Im a tradesman myself so Im all for your paying for someones skills more than their time but I dont no how they justified 2 hours work and 2 in materials equaling over 500 was also told on site if I paid them 2500 to do a different job theyd waive the 500 bill but the issues there was the job they wanted to charge 2500 for was a 600 job (already quoted by a different firm) so all in all I wouldnt touch these cowboys stay well clear and take your money elsewhere BUT if you do get them dont get them to move a socket I was left with a 400mm square hole to repair after they took out a socket and all they rubbish was just left all over a brand newly fitted kitchen Service: Electrical outlet & switch relocation

Lost power in my garage which is separate to my house. These guys came out and advised the armoured cable that runs from my house to the garage is damaged and would need to be replaced. 3600 to do this. Literally run a new cable from my house to the garage. Not dig up and replace. Install a new one from rooftop to rooftop. The fact that he repeated the quote 3 times 3600 after a 10 minute survey is baffling. I asked for an itemised invoice to understand how he arrived at 3600. Guess what, still waiting. Since had a quote for 300. Also tried to tell me I needed a new fuse box. 120 for 20 min work he charged as well. Absolute cowboys. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Only gave one star as theres no option to give zero. Service: Electrical wiring installation
