well what can i say, have been a patient here for over 3 years, never had to bother them until recently. diagnosed with arthritis and the doctor treating me is on holiday. the dreaded receptionists are there to basically fob you off and 1 was very sarcastic today, 06/12/22. a simple request for a sicknote, which the doctor dealing with it has had the the request since 9am 05/12/22 and still hasnt done it. so thanks dipton surgery, my employer has told me no note ,no pay. look for a better practise, you might find one without sarcastic receptionists

Today I rang for an appointment to see a GP. I have37 years as a health care practitioner so don't access the GP very much. I was told by the receptionist that I will be called by the Nurse Practitioner. I asked why not my GP,I was informed she had triaged me and only need the nurse practitioner. Sorry what medical training has she , also I resent having to have to inform her on why I need to see someone. Not happy

Don't use this surgery if you want to speak to a doctor, reception knows best here. I am at the point I don't want to call them seriously thinking about relocating to different surgery. The problem isn't the doctors just the practice team. If you do get your doctor he/she is great but fight through receptionist first!!!
