Annfield Plain Surgery

I cannot find any fault with the practice. All the staff are so friendly, helpful, empathetic and listen to your concerns. The receptionist staff do their upmost to help and find ways of helping you or giving advice (where appropriate). The doctors keep up to date with information. I have never felt fobbed off even if no medication is needed. They provide an excellent service and Im so pleased we attend this surgery. I would highly recommend here.

-5 star, terrible GP. They dont know to give a diagnostic to my childs (they gave twice wrong medicine) but thats not all. My kids have been very ill and they gave the diagnostic as a viral infection, my kids have felt very unwell for months and the GP was always sending me home like was nothing. It was a big deal a kid to carry kawasaky disease and another strep a infection and big tonsils + glued ears (they would not investigate, I had to go private) Anyway I have no good words for reception staff also (I felt rasism from 2 of reception staff, one being the manager) HORROR, I am so pleased I have another GP now, which is looking after my kids with pleasure. Annfield Plain Surgery never again.

Excellent Surgery. Service second to none as always. I have had world wide medical services and the technical ability and care is superior at Annfield Plain. My dealings with receptionists Karen and Debra have been first class.

Absolutely fantastic from all staff, doctors and nurses. Never had any problems in contacting, getting appointments normally within a day or 2. Even during the pandemic this surgery and all the staff were available and appointments were available. Face to face or telephone depending on what was required at that time. I can't praise them enough and thank them all for the fantastic services they provide.
