        I cannot believe the rudeness of a staff member that threw my daughter off their books because she missed an appointment because she was ill. My daughter has autism and was very distressed and she couldn't tell the staff about her autism member. Autistic people find everyday life very challenging so I think staff need to be polite and understanding before they make decisions and judge everyone the same. I shall be contacting the dental surgery to discuss this further and if necessary to rectify otherwise will have to contact a higher authority
