        Not sure what went wrong with this company (management change maybe?!)... Initially great service and happy to help, agreed to install my oil boiler and complete other plumbing repairs too. However upon chasing the certification paperwork that their website states is provided to cover all their work, they were elusive and unresponsive to messages. Finally they agreed to provide the correct paperwork (at additional cost to myself!) however this never materialised because they again stopped returning calls and failed to arrange an engineer. Not sure where I go from here. Will have to see if another company will check over their work and make sure it's safe and hopefully provide certification... Very disappointed. Service: Heating system installation

        Can't fault these guys, Charlie is so good, she keep us informed of timelines and promptly phoned me if there were issues, the guys who came to do the 1st quote were great too with plenty of choice for flooring our wet room. Highly recommended
