Sounded good. I have a tarmac drive and after several weeks the drive is no better. In fact it has cylinder marks etched into it from the machine they used and no stains/marks were removed. I thought they were checkatrade but the licence has expired. Just to add the invoice was paid within 7 days. You then sent another invoice without checking we had actually paid it! The review was late as it has taken sometime for the cylinder marks to appear and they are worse now. I did try and call before but got no pick up. It is quite clear to me that your service is not suitable for tarmac drives and the cost of 240 was appropriate for the drive size. You also left patches of residue so its worse than before.

Excellent service from Gary and team who worked extremely hard. Large amounts of moss removed from several areas of roof and treated with algaecide. Despite the job taking longer than expected they remained cheerful, worked safely at all times, and did not try to charge extra. Gutters and fascias cleaned, drive and paths swept and left tidy. Whole process, along with quotation, confirmation and invoice was very professional.
