My Black Walnut instrument housing is a complex design that's very difficult to make. It's even more difficult to repeat the process twenty-five times and maintain the quality. However, to say that I'm delighted with the 'woodcraft' would be an understatement. These are, by far, the best housings I have ever had made for my clocks - the quality of the work, the wood and the finishing, to make these gorgeous items, is breath-taking. Service: Cabinetry

I ordered bespoke corner benches. They arrived late, were damaged given the poor packaging, were not constructed correctly with seat depths significantly different. Basically they got a seat and back the wrong way round. Since then the approach to customer service has been appalling with zero concern on Ben's behalf. Have now requested the goods to be uplifted but also offered to make repairs using my own joiner which would have the effect of reducing one of the bench lengths to rectify the issue. Not ideal for me as it was not the specification ordered but a compromise to avoid a lot of hassle which having paid 928 I thought 150 seemed reasonable. Please be aware that their website shows different pricing. Now approaching Trading Standards as the business does not seem to want to abide by consumer legislation.
