Need training in public relations. Not at all friendly. Plastic shield by checkout is not fit for purpose. Taken 2 parcels for return and they were thrown on the floor. Would never do a shop here. I contacted their head office a while ago because the staff were not wearing masks. This has improved. Update: I visited this store yesterday and just wanted some bacon, chocolate and cigs. I had 3 scratchcards with 11 win. He put the 5 win one down in front of me saying it wasn't a winner. I checked it and was sure it was. He scanned it again and said 'oh yes'. I tried to say I wanted some more cards with the winnings but he wasn't listening. I scanned my card for the shopping and expected the scratchcards to be handed over but instead he had taken the 11 off my shop which I didn't ask for. Change your attitude and listen to your customers!!! I don't understand how this store is still open with such rude, ignorant staff. I definitely won't be going here again, even for 1 item.
