Happy Hot Tubs Worthing

Happy Hot Tubs We have now had our Hot Tub for just over 2 months, and I thought it only fitting to provide my personal feedback on our total experience. From ordering the Tub back in May last year, until its commissioning on the 29th of November (2022), I have only high praise for Happy Hot Tubs (HHT) and their personnel. Even though HHT has had a few changes in personnel since we purchased the tub; meaning we dealt with additional personnel (thank you Gary (Worthing Branch) for your technical advice, guidance and support as it is very much appreciated), this did not affect our order, delivery, final commissioning and ongoing support. Each time I have spoken with a member of HHT, either from a curtesy call from them in providing updates or by calling HHT myself to provide additional information to confirm arrangements etc, I was always met with the highest level of friendly customer service. I would however, like to highlight one member of your team/personnel (Iain, HHT engineer) for their individual professionalism from the moment they arrived onsite in the morning to commission the tub, until they left later that afternoon (this also included an additional visit by Iain the following week to change over a faulty handrail bolt (base plate location), which required the tub to be emptied and refilled this was done without any disruption to ourselves). Iain allowed sufficient time to provided me with a full demonstration of how to operate the tub and explained in detail how to add and adjust each of the chemicals that it would require to maintain it and most importantly keep it safe for us to use. Iain was extremely polite at all times and came across as very knowledgeable in the workings of our specific tub. If I were to score HHT out of 10 then it would be an easy 10/10.

Huge thanks for helpful advice from Happy Hot Tubs Worthing when I popped in for some cleaning flush recently. They recommended Silk Water Solutions Inc Clean Start. More expensive than my usual but wow what a difference! I pride myself on my tub maintenance, but I was amazed about the extra gunk that it took out. I'm sold and have bought another bottle!

Absolutely wonderful experience from the minute we met Chloe in the showroom, right through to the install by James and the team along with the aftercare. We purchased a Happy 25 hot tub on the expert advice from Chloe and its just perfect for our needs. Would recommend Happy Hot Tubs to everyone, the entire team are experts - Thank you
