Tim is an amazing coach who is insightful and patient. I have found every one of my sessions with him to be productive, and have seen myself growing in confidence as a result of his coaching. Tim has helped me focus on making the right decisions for me in all things by giving me the tools to ask the right questions about what is important and how my decisions promote or retard my goals. Tim helped me enormously while I was making a tricky career transition. He listens attentively and then asks skilful questions which help you to see things from another angle. This helped me to identify my values and the best path of action for me to take. His approach is very much centred around the individual, and I felt he was helping me as a person rather than following a prescribed formula. He has a wealth of experience, good people skills, a sense of humour but also sensitivity.
