Greenhouse People Angmering

Had bad experience with this company, as they are only agents for the sheds they sell, which I did not realise until the problems started, but have to say Phil and Ian were helpful, to a point. I purchased shed and the company Fort who were the suppliers cancelled on me 3 times and one of those was a Bank Holiday, by this time I was not happy, as when contacting GBC ANGMERING they apologised and said they will escalate my complaint, then the shed was installed but at the convenience of the supplier and not me the customer, when installed it was not put against my fence but instead 2 foot away so I now need to sort this out, the window Was not installed correctly and various other bits not correct, when they decided to comeback to correct said problems again after cancelling with yet another excuse, they move window catch over, but split wood, they were supposed to replace badly cut and fitted shelf and one of the shelf legs none of this was done. After talking to Pierre a couple of times prior I thought my problems where going to be resolved after 2 months, and with GBC basically washing there hands of this matter saying that they are only agents and thats why I had to keep talking to Fort directly, then Pierre turned round to me and said if I had delt with this better and not rudely then the out come would have been different, well to my knowledge I was not rude, yes I was annoyed and firm, I know GBC REPLY to my review will be saying everything I have said is. Oh just so people know GBC DO NOT ALLOW REVIEWS ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AND ALSO DELETE POOR OR BAD COMMENTS, I expect this is due to there poor customer service, but I do appreciate what Phil and Ian done and I know there hands were tied

Chloe was amazing, gave us all the information we asked for aiding us to make the correct choice for the Greenhouse we wanted. Would highly recommend a visit to speak to Chloe and get the right Greenhouse for you.

Two visits to this site and a phone call. Both Phil Phillips (earlier this summer) and Pierre Zammit (yesterday) went out of their way to answer a barrage of questions and patiently explain options. I've learned a great deal about greenhouses in a short space of time! Pierre also got the ball rolling for me yesterday with one of their recommended landscapers to prepare the site as well as a recommended greenhouse fitter. Thank you, Pierre. I'm now very much looking forward to my new greenhouse!

We are still waiting. We ordered at the beginning of MY and paid a hefty deposit. I asked at the time of ordering what the worst case scenario would be in terms of delivery and was told August. Numerous phone calls later and still nothing.
