        Great place to stay !! John (proprietor) always there to help and guide !! Great washing , showers and toilet facilities on site ! Very good all round ! Walkability: Fairly even slope , and walkabouts to follow

        Great location, though slight road noise during the day. Several excellent walking routes direct from the site. Pubs and shops about 20mins walk and the beach, East Preston, is about an hour's walk through a quiet residential area. Would definitely stay again. Several new shower and toilet facilities now available. Very friendly and helpful owner/manager who gave us tow out following torrential !! Thanks very much

        Easy access, good location. EHU hook up Showers. Toilet block Washing up facilities all new. Good location worthing/Gorring on sea 10 minutes away
