Possibly the worse surgery in West Sussex. Would not recommend to anyone. Never on time. Never helpful. Never resolve the issues. Staff are rude. Staff are incompetent. Had the cheek to prescribe me plasters trying to make Me Pay the prescription price rather than normal prices. I have not had a good thing to say about this surgery. Definitely do not recommend, so poorly run its a joke.

This surgery has really deteriorated since Covid. Impossible to get an appointment with a GP.The only people who appear to be working are receptionists, prescribing team and nurses/ phlebotomists. The default seems to be to get you to diagnose yourself or send photos. Shocking.

Wouldn't bother, hour waiting time, not like anyone has stuff to do other than sit there, just imagine if the patient was an hour late for the appointment. No "sorry were running late" receptionist didn't have a clue what going on, I understand things over run but I went there with horrendous back pain and to be made to sit there for over an hour!!!! My diabetes treatment has been horrendous, different medicine all the time, I'm a guinea pig for them as they do not seem to have a clue what's going on, no help whatsoever so my condition is basically the same as when it started 2 years ago.
