        You wont find a better dentist than Brian. I just have to hope he never retires! All the staff at the practice are a delight.

        I have nothing bad to say about the technical aspects of the work done by the dentists at the practice. I have been pleased over the years with work done. BUT the pleasant,helpful manner from the lady (owner) on reception is only a facade,j ust skin deep.She is smiling and fine all the time you are paying.But if you say,as I did last week,that regrettably I can't afford 235 for one filling, her attitude totally changes. Abrupt and rude,told me another professional was talking rubbish.When I asked for a 2nd copy of the proposed course of treatment (as I had lost mine)I was told" Well you have already had a copy and printing is very expensive"! They need to take on board that some of us can only spend what we have...and sometimes have to say no. The other staff on reception have been ok.
