        A totally unique charity that I wish had existed when I had cancer but they have proved to me that it's never too late to start getting fitter. An amazing array of of groups within this charity, singing, running, cycling, support group, gym and great social events that they organise for the members and their families. The staff are specifically trained and for cancer patients and their families
