The Blind Lady

We ordered some shutters just before Christmas and had excellent service from the initial visit to measure up to the actual fitting. We were really impressed, very professional and friendly and our shutters are beautiful .

Kim was absolutely amazing from the start. Quick efficient quote given there and then (no waiting around for an email) and the blinds were completed in the exact time frame given (4-6weeks from initial order) Kim arrived and was friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. The blinds are absolutely fantastic and they have made such a different to our living room and kitchen. Thank you Kim

Just had 4 venetians and 2 roller blinds fitted. Perfect first time fit. Speedy job done by skilled fitter and showed how to get the best from them. Would recommend every time.Friendly profesional servise.

I have called and texted this company with the view to doing business with them, Emma has twice told me that she call me with a price but has failed to do so,, they appear to be a waste of time. would

Unreliable and unprofessional. Kim let me down literally at the last minute as she was coming to measure up my windows, on the basis that she could not park outside my house in Worthing. She told me that they don't take on jobs where they cannot park outside the house. She was huffing, puffing & was completely unapologetic as she was driving about in my vicinity. It was a seriously lame excuse for not wanting to walk 2 minutes. In 30yrs of using various trades, this is a first. I suggest that people should trust their instincts at first contact, I wish I had.
