I was appalled by the cleanliness of the bathroom particularly the shower cubicle. It was rancid.
Kitenette area, skirting boards were filthy.
Bedding had discoloured pillow cases.
Some of the furniture was very worn and requires renewing.
Sent photographs to Steph to evidence our dissapointment.
A change over in housekeeper was given as the reason for this oversight.
Steph, offered a 20% reduction off a future stay, even though we completed the questionaire which stated we would not return. Our final email was not responded to at all.
This is a dog friendly room, the cleaning lady was back and forth across the front patio doors all morning to access the cleaning storage room next door. Not very private at all.
Overall a very poor experience except for the lovely gentleman that provided a really tasty breakfast.
