Shocking service. Brought my vehicle in 3 times with steering issues (vague/floaty steering, unresponsive, over steer / under steer, play in steering, pulling to one side when breaking and accelerating, constantly having to over correct, dynamic steering not functioning as should - feeling light at slow and high speeds only occasionally getting firm, does not feel safe to drive in most cases but is particularly an issue on highways & motorway). The last time it was brought in, the vehicle was dropped off at 10am. I received a call back at 11am to tell me theres nothing wrong with the car and it was ready to pick up. It was only when I challenged this, was the car kept an additional day. The car is unsafe to drive, but Caffyns tell me they are unable to recreate the issue, even though, as soon as I picked up the car, I felt the issue straight away. They tell me its normal function of the dynamic steering (steering wheel facing 90 degrees to the left, when tyres are facing straight). Ive had dynamic steering on previous Audis with none of these issues. Today. I go to drop the car for an MOT and Service and I'm told they're unable give me a loan car due to a previous conviction on my license which is now spent. However, I was given a loan car a few months prior with the same conviction, when it wasnt spent (with higher excess). I couldnt leave the car because I had errands to run. Ive now had to scramble to find a garage that can take me in last minute for my MOT which Ive had to pay out for when I have a service plan. I dont recommend anyone going to this dealership for this reason. Such a shame, as staff are friendly enough. Been an Audi enthusiast for many years. This has really made me lose my confidence in the Audi brand.

If only all cars could be sold this way The hot chocolate was top notch! The whole experience was relaxed and welcoming from start to finish. Issues dealt with realistically and I would definitely want to do business with Simon Garner and Worthing Audi again. We were treated as important customers and even though it wasnt a new car, it was presented to us like a new car would have been. It looked great in the departure lounge and was the finishing touch to a great experience. Thanks also to Will for helping out on the day. Great job.

Brought numerous cars from Audi dealers, use them for servicing & repairs spend a lot of money. I brought a used car from this dealer wouldnt trust them ever again. If they claim to have carried out a 145 point inspection, I would get it independently tested yourself before warranty expires. I am faced with a bill for part thats been superglued together! that has never been checked in my opinion (dealer says there was no way of telling) I beg to differ. Contacted dealer offered to meet them half way with the cost. I offered to pay for fitting myself so long as they send me the part, they refused, stay clear. Complaint raised with Audi. Reply to Worthing Audi 18th Jan 23 - Audi uk complaint escalated to manager. - I was never offered the part at cost so this is a lie, in no way was that communicated to me. This part has never had any wear & tear, no one has even sat in the middle or used the belt! dont make me laugh about fair ware & tare. I feel insulted that Im having to pay for part to be replaced that has been superglued together that you sold me & that I need to visit Audi at further cost to have it fitted. You cant even do the decent thing & supply the part foc.
