The location , size and service was great for this property but for a two week family vacation there were things that you should be aware of. I think the building was a business previously as the doors are still solid Fire doors that are heavy and awkward for younger family members. The facilities were suited to , in my opinion, large groups using it as a base rather than live in property. Be aware that there are stairs to enter the property at both front and rear and the rear garden is basic in layout ( grassed area, a trampoline, and in the cornera bbq area). The pool table is quite aged but fully usable and one tv in the lounge area. The WiFi was acceptable ( no issues) and a recently installed now tv box was also available. one minor issue for us, was that the tv remote was an all for one so subtitles were not available. Overall it met our needs but for us seemed more like a converted business that lost some homely appeal.
