Forrester Access

I have experience of using Forrester Access twice. They are helpful and thorough and I have been very pleased with their work. I would use them again.

I have never been so disappointed by a so called specialist company, after arranging procedures that plant was purposely hired for and two weeks of numerous phone calls and voice messages we did not feel that this company was interested in providing us with a there hire service. Once we finally had a date arranged they turned up late and was not interested in areas that plant was hired for and wanted to stay on site and operate machinery for us? Then to top the whole unpleasant experience off with this company we had a down poor of rain for a hour, then further got told conditions were not safe to operate plant and packed up and left site, after this it was a lovely day with sunny intervals, so day hire as arranged would of suited?!! I will never recommend this company or be using them again as there strategies to a quality service did not meet my expectations, or they have done is nearly blow our relationship with a respectable company and contracts manager due to there messing around. Think I will be going back to our old supplier even though they are more expensive, doesn't it go to show that good quality for money does not necessarily mean the cheapest!
