I have used Ramtech for routine oil boiler maintenance for some years. I've always been happy with their work but never had a need to test their other capabilities. Recently we had a brake down and I called Ramtech. They had an excellent engineer at my house in a few hours who had the needed parts on his van. He got the boiler working and heat and hot water resumed to general acclaim in the house. I have also just used Ramtech for another job upgrading the control equipment and pipework to make our system work better. Again the excellent engineer arrived on time and worked hard to get the system upgraded and back up and running. What I appreciated is that the engineer stuck around and ensured that all the radiators and hot water system was fully bled of air and functioning fully. Really couldn't recommend Ramtech more. First time I have used Ramtech to service my oil-fired boiler but it won't be the last. The engineer (Gino) was very likeable and extremely knowledgeable and he carried out a far more extensive service than anybody from other companies used previously. Despite this he worked quickly and efficiently and followed good engineering practices. Best of all - when he had finished there was no residual smell of oil which is what we usually have to put-up with for the following week! I have no hesitation in recommending this Company.
