        Astor Bannerman won't come on an urgent call out for a bath issue, water doesn't stop running. Have to switch off main switch for the bath to not work and causing inconvenience even after paying a premium or a fortune for the product and services. Not to mention the numerous failures of the products we privately bought thinking that their service is impeccable, unfortunately not!! Completely appalling.
