Can't rate this establishment highly enough. Darren was so helpful and made sure I was completely happy with all the details. Communication was superb from the moment I enquired about a vehicle on his forecourt. There was no pressure and it was such a pleasurable experience. Honesty and customer service with a smile. Will certainly be back for my next vehicle change is required.

Highly recommend. Darren (shorter Darren with the beard!) went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the car I purchased. The service was knowledgable, honest and so friendly- I was really put at ease in an environment I usually find incredibly stressful! So much so myself and my partner ended up chatting in the place for over 2 hours! (Sorry for taking up your morning Darren). When I picked up the car I met Rick and the other Darren both of whom were great as well. I've had the car now for a few weeks, no issues, no faults, no problems, no complaints here! Thanks again guys.

Really sad and disappointing to be writing this. Had really good recommendations. Went to enquire about a car - Renault Clio just in appeared what we wanted . Went and viewed 6th Feb to collect 28th Feb. Advised full service, Mot , valet all complete for collection. Called them mid point to be advised yes all ready. Called day before collection date to be told car isnt running like it should, having trouble sourcing mechanic- extended pick up and on pick up day told it needed to go to Renault not sure whats wrong with it and they cant sell it. Arranged to visit next day to discuss and look at alternatives. Found the black Renault Megane 2014 - needed few things doing, service and MOT. Arranged to collect at end of month and was told in view of previous problems its all booked in with Renault garage and big Darren said he would handle personally. Phoned again mid point advised by little Darren all sorted and ready . Phoned day before confirming collection time . Arrived handover short. Drove down road - No valet - dirty plasters. , rail tickets among other things, paint work on roof mottled. have photos. Then noticed driver seat completely moved on braking. Drove back to garage. Darren and Darren completely amicable . I did highlight they have had another month to get sorted.I got little darren to change clock and load phones. They offered to valet and sort concerns and arranged to bring back today . My husband drove car to work for 2 days noticing faults in many aspects of car all noted and puddle of water in boot. Very disappointed as two cars and two months to get things right. While waiting on handover my husband was given a courtesy car. Chose to have full refund but concerned as half hour later Renault Megane estate back for sale on forecourt - with none of list of issues fixed . One being the driver seat which I was informed was a mot failure. I also found out by phoning Renault garage that they had not seen this car or carried out any service. Later to be told it was sorted in there own garage at Harewood despite being told it was going to the dealership. Darren and Darren were great throughout issues but unfortunately we need a reliable car.

Brought a Volvo from these lovely guys and I cant fault the whole experience from start to finish. Well looked after, very good car and perfect for my family. Have had many cars from here and will be back when its time for upgrading! I know the cars are well looked after and anything you need done will be done before collection, always on time and very reliable and quick to help what ever needs there are especially when you need tax and insurance they will help and guide you with no problems what so ever. Very happy! :)
