Great service and they helped during my visit. The garage was clean and the car was at another garage within the company, they got it delivered to the Andover branch from the Poole branch for a test drive of which I then brought it.

I recently purchased my citroen berlingo van from the amazing team at Penton dealership in Andover. And my experience from start to finish was fantastic. Great customer service and communication throughout the whole process. I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new van or car to try the Penton dealership group.

When I bought my car from Penton Andover in 2020, I was offered an extended warranty policy, which I was hesitant to buy. The sales person (Lyndsey Cameron) assured me that I could sell on the policy when I sold my car. So I bought the warranty with that knowledge. I sold my car last week and was told by the dealership who bought it that the policy is worthless when you sell on the car. They told me that people will say anything for a sale. I was deliberately misled by the sales person, and that has really disappointed me, as I was very happy with the car when I bought it. I felt unhappy about being misled, so I wrote an email to Penton Andover. The sales manager rang me the next day, he would not acknowledge my complaint, he said that my experience never happened and when I asked him if he was saying that I was lying, and he said yes. Funnily enough, I dont make up complaints about a car sale from nearly 2 years ago. I was disappointed that I had been given the wrong information and I believed I would get at least an apology and a rational conversation. I asked the sales manager who I could contact about my complaint and he refused to give me any information. After reading other reviews about some of their behaviour, it doesnt surprise me that I was treated this way. I hope my review will at least help other buyers be aware before buying from this dealership.
