Very happy with pricing and service from Flexinet after switching from our previous suppliers earlier this year. Installation went without a hitch on the day and Ryan was around to answer questions and ease the move from traditional handsets to softphone. After an awful experience with our previous provider having been bought out by Babble, Craig and Ryan reached out to me just at the right time, much like us - they are a family run operation and really care about their clients. Something I have not ever experienced in the world of telecoms and didnt really know it could exist! Thank goodness these guys decided to knock heads and find this gap in the market - Ive never felt so looked after and the attention to detail on how we want our phones set up, plus the added extras at a beatable price to what we were paying - is just exceptional. A lovely, lovely team and service whom I will be singing to the high heavens to anyone out there thats looking for quality phone systems to streamline their businesses.

Have worked with Craig at Flexinet for a long time and i can say i have never had a single issue with him or the business and it has been a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend Flexinet as a provider.
