I use this company quite often, it always was an excellent servi from the drivers, however a had a awful experience today, booked on the app a few hours in advance, I called the operator to see why there isnt any car coming for me and the operator said that they are busy and she doesnt any cars available so as soon as theres anything available they will send, this took 40 minutes. When the drive arrived been waiting 2 minutes and the operator cancelled my booking. The lady operator on the phone was very rude and disrespectful.

I have often used this business and to be honest I have turned a blind eye to their incompetence, the dispatcher was trying to belittle customers and I think he believes they are or maybe everything is a joke sadly the jokes on him now, when we reached the car the driver had his accounts sprawled out all over the passenger seat giving us a debrief in all the problems that come with life and this country! Everyone has a bad day but this was over the top it was almost like we were a burden overall a really disappointing experience from all stations of the jobs i left angry and dissatisfied and I don't think I will be using this service again or my circle of friends!
