Oscar was very professional throughout the process of our building survey! He was also very friendly and happy to go the extra mile to help understand the findings. He was able to explain which type of survey was best suited for the property at the initial stage. The survey was thorough but clear and easy to follow, which was useful to establish the elements that were of greater concern, compared to those that were cosmetic. Once the survey was carried out and submitted, he then followed up with a courtesy call to explain the findings and offer advice on what do do next, which was very helpful and reassuring.
