The last time I worked for Gi Group was in 2016, since then all they have done is promise me work then tell me they've gave it to someone else or cancel it with no notice at all (mostly through text),of course, this is an agency that thinks it's perfectly acceptable to text you 5 minutes before you're due to start work that your shift is cancelled and not reimburse you for waste of time and petrol saying it's "completely inappropriate of me to ask to be reimbursed for them wasting my time and money". Yet tell you that 12+ hours is "too short notice" for letting them know that you can't make your shift. If Gi Group can prove me wrong and provide a half way decent service I will change this review, however I have yet to recieve a service that is worth any stars Update 1:Funny how they thank people for praise but ignore constructive criticism like this review. Update 2: I wouldn't call only responding to my constructive feedback(which was posted over a year ago originally)afer updating it to point out how they ignore any feedback that isn't praise "taking feedback seriously". If you actually did take it seriously you would have done something at the time! Also, phoning me and not leaving a voicemail isn't professional eitherm if you can't even do that and still insist on trying to lie to me that is not going to make me consider using you again.

Shambles. It took over three months to receive a pay slip although requested numerous times. Pay was consistently wrong with time and half getting missed but this was hard to challenge without a payslip. Holiday pay was missed when requested and when I tried to get this resolved I was told it was only x amount and to wait until the next weeks pay, which wasnt good enough and once again missed. GI also like to pin the blame on anything that goes wrong with the company that they recruit for which i find really unprofessional. Look elsewhere prior to using these guys. Active staff and Corr recruitment are better to name two. **Edit and a response to your reply. no my email supplier never had your emails blocked, this wasnt how it was resolved. Time and a half wasnt paid as promised due to an administrative error by your office and I quit due to GI constantly messing up my pay. More lies by either yourself or you representative In branch. Avoid this agency at all costs
