        I was informed that when my prescription was ready I would receive a text. I have never received a text and on many occasions, my medication is never ready. I asked why I never received a text and was bluntly told Head Office texts patients when their prescription is ready. How on earth Head Office would text millions of people every day to inform them that their prescription is ready is beyond me. On contacting Head Office they informed me that this wasn't true!! Why does the pharmacy ask for contact details and then don't bother contacting you? This has to be the worst chemist I have dealt with, they are abrupt, work in a muddle, take ages to find your medication and never answer the phone.
