Every time I come to this branch I am told to wait at least 20mins for them to check my prescription or they do t have it or they are unable to fill until later as pharmacist is busy or on lunch never an apology and alway curt rude or disinterested. I have now changed my chemist as I do not want to support there business

Every time I go there is a line of 10+ people outside waiting. Every time I get to the counter my prescription isnt ready (despite it going through sometimes 4/5 days ago! I then have to go and wait for 30/40 minutes whilst they sort it out, and stand back in a line of 10+ people. Picking up my prescription often takes 1 to 1.5 hours no joke.

Rubbish, why is there ALWAYS a queue outside....every time. If the prescription is already known, ready,why does it take so long just to process people picking up their prescriptions. More staff?, faster staff? Something is causing the delay

Boots Andover around 12 is today. Thankyou to the middle aged assistant (dark hair)who was very empathic and kind. I was put at ease .
